Return, Refund & No-Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within the permitted time frame
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
    • Partial usage of the booked service
    • Early trip completion by the customer
    • Delay due to traffic, weather, or road conditions
    • Change of plans after trip commencement
    • No-show by the customer at pickup location

3. Modification of Booking

  • Changes in pickup time, date, or destination are subject to availability.
  • Fare difference due to changes must be paid by the customer.
  • Modifications requested at the last minute may be treated as cancellation.

4. Disputes

  • Any fare or service-related dispute must be reported within 24 hours of trip completion.
  • Bigbcabz Bangalore Travels’ decision shall be final in all disputes.
