Cancellation Policy
1. Local & Airport Booking Cancellation
- Cancellation more than 6 hours before pickup: No cancellation charges.
- Cancellation within 6 hours of pickup: Up to 50% of booking amount may be charged
- No-show or last-minute cancellation may result in 100% booking charge
2. Outstation Booking Cancellation
- Cancellation 24 hours prior to pickup: No cancellation charges
- Cancellation within 24 hours of pickup: Driver bata and one-day minimum charges may apply.
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refund applicable
3. Cancellation by Bigbcabz
- In rare cases where Bigbcabz cancels due to vehicle breakdown or unavoidable circumstances, customers will be:
- Provided with an alternate vehicle or
- Eligible for a full refund, if alternate arrangement is not possible.
3. Vehicle Capacity & Usage
- Seating capacity mentioned is inclusive of the driver.
- Excess passengers or luggage beyond permitted limits are not allowed
- Bigbcabz reserves the right to deny service if safety norms are violated.
4. Delays & Responsibility
- While every effort is made to ensure on-time pickup, Bigbcabz is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic congestion
- Weather conditions
- Roadblocks, strikes, or government restrictions
- The company is not liable for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
5. Driver Working Hours
- Driver working hours are calculated as per package booked.
- Extended driving beyond permissible hours may require driver rest, as per safety norms.
6. Payment Terms
- Full or partial payment may be required before trip commencement.
- Final billing will be based on actual usage as per agreed terms.
- Payments once made are subject to cancellation and refund policy.
